		<description>Oh, yes, this sounds familiar.  At the time I was diagnosed with DSPS I was working days and sleeping split shift: about 3 a.m. to 7:30 a.m. and about 5 to 10 p.m. (oversleeping now and then, of course).  The sleep specialist didn&#039;t like that.  &lt;b&gt;One&lt;/b&gt; sleep episode in 24 hours, not two!  OK, so with melatonin &amp; light box we got me onto an acceptable, to the doctor, schedule.

But if I&#039;m not awake between one &amp; three or so, I never get any brilliant ideas!  Retired now and sleeping about 3 a.m. to noon.  Much better, thank you.</description>
